Apana Vayu Mudra demonstration

Apana Vayu Mudra - Very helpful.

Touch the index to the base of the thumb. Touch tips of the thumb, middle finger and ring fingers together; Extend the pinkie. Rest the back of the hands on the lap.

Good for controlling nausea and fatigue. Hold for 5 minutes.

Pushan Mudra demonstration

Pushan Mudra

A-RT: Touch tip of thumb, ring finger & little finger together and keep middle finger and index finger extended.

B-LT: Touch tips of thumb, middle & ring finger together, keep little finger & index finger extended. Rest backs of hand on the lap. HOLD for 5 minutes.

Helps with relaxation, stimulates solar plexus - Manipur chakra and Swadhistana chakra.
